John Gold President
Mr. Gold brings over 18 years of software development experience and 12 years of pharmaceutical industry knowledge to the company he founded in 1998. Under Mr. Gold's leadership, Incential (and its predecessor VIPAR Systems) has served the incentive compensation needs of over 100 pharmaceutical sales forces. In his role as President, Mr. Gold manages the company's growth while guiding the product architecture at Incential.
John Berreman Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Berreman has been in the life sciences industry for over 15 years, working with leading bio-pharmaceutical organizations to develop and implement winning sales and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Incential, Mr. Berreman held various sales and marketing management positions with C3i, a leading CRM firm serving Life Sciences, and leading healthcare information services companies; NDC Health (now Wolters Kluwer) and Solucient (now Thomson Medstat). In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Berreman is responsible for all client-facing activities as well as business development, product management and promotion.
Mike Huska Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Huska has over 20 years of software design, development and implementation experience. He has been an integral creative and operational contributor on many of Incential's clients since joining the organization when it was founded in 1998 and continues to bring insight and invaluable leadership to the organization today. Before working with Incentive Compensation, Mike led the design, implementation, and installation of many systems for companies such as Kodak, Lucent Technologies, John Deere, Cree, and the United States Department of the Navy. He created the software, currently holding the software design patent (5,974,389), for All Script's flagship product called HealthMatics®. Mike's approach to development uses a proven rapid application design philosophy coupled with key object oriented component libraries to provide ease of development and long-term maintenance to anticipate and meet future adaptability needs for Incentive Compensation Systems.
