Incential Goals 
 

Incential Goals is an optional module that incorporates years of Incential consulting experience in building goal allocation models.  With Incential Goals, you can now leverage the data within the Incential Compensation Manager database to build goal-setting scenarios based on imported historical sales data and other sources. 

 

Goal Allocation
Use one of the six pre-built goal allocation scenarios or edit/create a new scenario.  View analytics based on historical data trends to determine the ideal scenario for your sales force.  Change variable fields in each scenario (i.e. national forecast or maximum market share) on-the-fly and view the results immediately.

Goal Adjustments
Create an automated workflow to communicate goals to sales managers for adjustment and approval.  Set rules and parameters around what managers can change and why, as well as define deadlines and reminders for completion.
