Incential Roster 

 

One of the biggest challenges facing sales operations is maintaining an accurate and up-to-date listing of employees along with their hire date, leaves of absence, demographic data and current territory assignment.  This information is particularly important for an Incentive Compensation system, as it typically determines the employees' eligibility for incentive pay.  Incential Roster is an integrated module that adds this critical capability to the Incential Compensation Manager software.   Incential Roster consists of two modules; one that manages the relationship of an employee to their organization assignment (i.e. territory) and the other module that establishes the relationship of one organization to its parent (i.e. territory to district).

Employee Assignments

Within the Employees menu, Administrators can maintain current employee roster data or import this data from another system.  Generate reports from Incential's software to validate and communicate employee data.  Change territory assignments and store comments in the software for an audit trail of changes.

Organizational Rollups
The other component of the Incential Roster is the territory alignment and hierarchy definition.  The Organizations menu controls this data in a simple graphical tree display that allows the administrator to move organizations (i.e. change alignments and Managers).
